    The temperature is regulated with a purpose thermostat placed in the crown or upper part of the plant.
    The pot in which the heater is placed can be insulated to optimize energy consumption.
    The surfaces of the heater should preferably not exceed temperatures that can harm people, the plant or cause a fire.     Electrical energy is supplied through a connector 12 which is preferably connected to the ordinary electrical network.
